Meet Kyle VanCamp, Owner and Principal, VanCamp Commercial Properties 

Kyle VanCamp entered the world of commercial brokerage in 2017, and has since surpassed $50 million in sales. With experience ranging from industrial, retail, office, land, and investment sales, Kyle makes a well-rounded, reliable partner for owners and investors alike. With a relentless determination to get deals across the finish line, Kyle’s long list of repeat customers trust him with their most complex property transactions. 

Starting his real estate career during a wave of massive economic growth in the city of Denver, Kyle is well-versed in the trends associated with areas of rising opportunity like North Florida. Like many residents optimistic about the future of our beloved River City, Kyle is passionate about learning the history behind the properties he represents and the vision of those looking to invest here.     

Prior to being in commercial real estate, Kyle graduated with a degree in construction management and a minor in business. After college, Kyle spent five years working for two large commercial general contractors, resulting in a unique understanding of the industry that greatly affects commercial real estate brokerage. After recognizing his passion was connecting with people on a more personal level, Kyle transitioned his knowledge to commercial brokerage, where he now applies his background in construction to help his clients make informed decisions. 

Kyle lives in Avondale with his wife, Amanda. The two enjoy frequenting the many locally owned businesses in the area and building lasting connections in the community.
